Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Regulations”), if you are contracting with us as a consumer online, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods or services you ordered. For example, if you receive your order on a Thursday, you have 14 days from Friday to notify us of your cancellation.

If you have made a purchase through our Website and have paid for delivery but wish to return the full order by post you are entitled to a refund on the outbound delivery charge originally paid within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please note that the delivery charge refund will be the equivalent value of standard delivery.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • The item you receive is faulty
  • You receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused with tags attached)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Goods are not returned in a satisfactory condition as per duty of care guidelines – unless goods are faulty.

Duty Of Care Guidance

When ordering items of underwear from Qrk Clothing you have a duty of care.

If you wish to try briefs on for size then they must be tried on over existing underwear, product labeling & hang tags should not be removed. Goods must not show any signs of wear.

Where underwear items have been sent to you in a rigid cardboard postal box to protect retail packaging and product, we would request that the same or similar box should be used to return the items to sxyme.store, this will protect the items from damage in the postal network.
